Using this website

  1. By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate information and avoid misuse, interference, automated abuse or attempts to access restricted systems.
  2. Website content is provided for general information. Service details, schedules, availability, inclusions and prices may change and are confirmed directly by Trax before a binding booking is created.
  3. You must be legally able to submit a request. Requests involving a child must be submitted by, or with the authority of, a parent or legal guardian.

Services and third parties

  1. Trax may update, suspend or withdraw website features or facility services for operational, safety, maintenance, private-event or regulatory reasons.
  2. Links, maps, social platforms, tenants and third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Trax is not responsible for third-party content or systems outside its reasonable control.
  3. Trax names, branding, photographs, written content and website materials may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Responsibility and governing law

  1. Visitors and participants must follow posted rules, staff instructions and service-specific safety requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  2. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Questions or concerns should first be raised with Trax through the Contact page so the team can seek a practical resolution.
