LEGAL & POLICY

Cancellation Policy

How cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows and service changes are handled after a booking is confirmed.

Operational draft

This practical draft is published for transparency and should be reviewed and formally approved by Trax management and qualified Jordanian legal counsel.

Cancelling or rescheduling

  1. Contact Trax as soon as possible using the contact channel stated in your confirmation. A cancellation or rescheduling request is effective only when Trax acknowledges it.
  2. The notice period, deposit treatment, rescheduling options and any late-cancellation or no-show charge depend on the service and will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed.
  3. Failure to attend without notifying Trax may be treated as a no-show. Unused time caused by late arrival is not automatically refundable or transferable.

Changes made by Trax

  1. Trax may need to change or cancel a service because of safety, weather, maintenance, facility availability, instructor availability, private events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  2. Where Trax cancels a confirmed paid booking, the team will offer a reasonable alternative, account credit or refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
  3. Refund timing may depend on the original payment method and financial-service provider. Trax will communicate the applicable process directly.
