- We collect the details you provide when requesting a court, event, academy trial, private lesson or other service, such as your name, mobile number, email address, preferred service, date and time, participant details and notes.
- We may collect limited technical and usage information, including page views, device and browser information, referral source and interactions, through Google Analytics and essential website logs.
- Please do not submit sensitive medical or personal information unless it is necessary for safe participation and specifically requested by Trax.
How we use information
- We use personal information to review requests, check availability, contact you, prepare or manage bookings, deliver services, respond to enquiries and support safety and customer service.
- We use aggregated website analytics to understand demand and improve website content, navigation, campaigns and services.
- We do not sell personal information. Promotional communications are sent only where permitted, and you may ask us to stop them at any time.
Sharing, storage and security
- Information may be shared only as needed with Trax staff and service providers that support website hosting, analytics, communications and booking operations, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls.
- We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, operational records, dispute handling and applicable legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
- We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
- Subject to applicable Jordanian law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, updating, deletion or anonymisation, portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

- This policy is governed by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 and other applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
