LEGAL & POLICY

Booking Policy

A clear explanation of the Trax request-to-book process and when a request becomes a confirmed booking.

Operational draft

This practical draft is published for transparency and should be reviewed and formally approved by Trax management and qualified Jordanian legal counsel.

Request-to-book process

  1. Submitting a website form creates a booking request only. It does not reserve a court, event space, activity, academy place or lesson.
  2. A booking becomes confirmed only when Trax contacts you and issues an express confirmation containing the agreed service, date, start and end time, price and any applicable payment or cancellation conditions.
  3. Availability displayed online is indicative until confirmation. If a requested slot is unavailable, Trax may suggest an alternative or, with your agreement, place the request on a waiting list.

Customer responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate contact, participant, date, time and service information and promptly tell Trax if anything changes.
  2. Review the confirmation carefully. The person making the booking is responsible for communicating applicable rules to participants and ensuring children have appropriate guardian supervision.
  3. Arrive at the time stated in the confirmation. Late arrival may reduce the usable session time where another booking follows, without extending the confirmed end time.

Payments and changes

  1. Any deposit, advance payment, balance deadline or service-specific condition will be disclosed before confirmation. Do not send payment through an unverified link or account.
  2. Requests to change a confirmed booking depend on availability and are effective only when acknowledged by Trax. A change may affect price, duration, facilities or inclusions.
