Soft Play Rules & Regulations
Practical safety, supervision and play rules supplied for the indoor soft-play area.

General safety
- The play area is designed for children aged 1–10 years.
- Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. Staff are available to assist, but responsibility remains with the caregiver.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult inside the facility.
Clothing and hygiene
- Children and adults must wear socks at all times. Shoes and bare feet are not allowed.
- Comfortable play clothing is recommended, without sharp objects, zippers or belts.
- Children should be clean and free of fever, flu or other contagious conditions.
Play rules
- Rough play, pushing and climbing outside designated areas are not allowed.
- Food, drinks, gum and candy are not allowed inside the play structures.
- Personal toys are not permitted inside the soft play area for safety and sharing reasons.
- Use equipment as intended. Slides are for sliding down, not climbing up.
Food and drinks
- Food and drinks may only be consumed in the designated seating area.
- Outside food and beverages require prior approval, including birthday cakes for parties.
Liability
- Management is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
- The supplied rules state that the play area accepts no liability for injuries caused by equipment misuse or lack of supervision.
- Entry to the play area indicates agreement to follow these rules for everyone’s safety.
Special events and parties
- Birthday and private-party bookings must be made in advance.
- Decorations and outside catering are subject to management approval.
