Visitor rules

  1. Outside food, drinks and gum are not allowed inside Trax facilities.
  2. Trax is a strictly smoke-free sports complex.
  3. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
  4. Swearing, offensive language and inappropriate behaviour are prohibited.
  5. Appropriate sportswear and footwear are required during practices and sports activities.
  6. Visitors must maintain appropriate personal hygiene.
  7. Keep bags and personal items supervised at all times. Trax is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
  8. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  9. Participants are responsible for equipment damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the rules.
  10. Participants must follow the rules, instructions and programmes set by Trax staff and coaches. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination without a refund.
  11. Trax may change operating hours or close for maintenance, public holidays or private events when necessary.
  12. Use of Trax facilities involves an acknowledgement of risk. The supplied rules state that Trax and its management accept no liability for injuries, damage or incidents on the premises.
